Who Are We?

Bubblegum Casting is one of Australia’s oldest, and most successful (in terms of roles booked) children’s acting and modeling agencies.

Over the years, we’ve worked with brands like Target, Huggies, and Nike – helping to connect directors with future stars.

We created this program initially to help all the families we represent get a better understanding of what goes on “behind the scenes”, help them land more roles, and kickstart their children’s acting and modelling careers as quickly as possible.

Once we saw how the program was helping kids to:

  • Grow their confidence and self belief
  • Improve the way they communicated, on and off set
  • ENJOY working in the industry, and have FUN during their shoots

What's In The Program?

We’ve designed this program to be FUN for the kids (don’t worry, we sneaked in some learning moments too), and informative for parents.

Kids will learn:

  • Acting and modelling techniques that will help them to SHINE on camera (taught by professional, working actors and models)
  • Hair, makeup, and camera tips – to help them look their very best on their shoots
  • How to CRUSH their auditions and land amazing roles
  • What it’s like to really work on set, and what to expect on it
  • Shooting day – Industry tips and techniques to be cool, calm, and collected when it counts

Mums and Dads will learn:

  • How the industry works, and the key things to watch out for during your child’s modeling or acting career
  • The most commonly used industry terms and exactly what they mean (so you can always be on top of things)
  • “Whose who in the zoo”. Knowing the people and roles (on and off camera) that your child will be working with during their career
  • How to pick the right agency to represent your family, and then how to work with that agency to help your child land their first  (of many) roles
  • Grown-up responsibility stuff – like how taxes work, how your child will get paid, and other important things to keep in mind

is an international working model who currently lives in Melbourne, Australia. She has been modelling for nearly 10 years here in Australia, as well as in New York and London, for many known brands and fashion houses such as Myer, Target, and L’Oréal. She has walked the runways at Fashion weeks (such as VAMFF here in Australia), bridal expos, modelled in catalogues and been featured in films and TV commercials for internationally recognised brands such as Qantas, Crown Casino and many others. She is very excited to be part of the Bubblegum Academy family and to teach what she loves to all of you.

CHELSEA VICTORIA BATTYE

is a Melbourne based British Fashion Model and Actress with many years experience including walking Melbourne Fashion Week, Modelling for Lenovo, Capitol Grand, Melbourne City Council, Wyndham Council and currently features on a billboard in Emporium Shopping Centre. Before moving to Melbourne in 2019, Chelsea was frequently flown internationally to model for various brands throughout Europe along side her successful career in London, England.
